All residents are encouraged to participate in a full range of daily wellness programs and activities designed to support and engage their physical, intellectual, spiritual, and social connections.  Each day is begun with our Morning Meeting followed by physical exercise suitable for our residents.  We also offer musical entertainment and sing-alongs as well as planned outings such as scenic drives or walks around the neighborhood.  A few examples of our scheduled activities include Sit & Be Fit, Yoga for Wellness, Craft Time, Bingo, trivia and card games, and movie time. 

Furthermore the MorningStar at Englefield Green family has fun celebrating holidays and participating in special events such as our “Longest Day” or our “Sip and Paint” activities in support of the Alzheimer’s Association.  At our inaugural Sock Hop, residents, staff, and families all enjoyed dancing like nobody was watching!
