Meals at MorningStar of Rio Rancho are prepared largely from scratch by our Executive Chef and made from the freshest homegrown or locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Recognizing that nutrient-rich foods can help stimulate the appetite as well as support brain health, MorningStar meals are prepared using ingredients with high concentrations of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.
While we have had to make many changes to our community due to the coronavirus pandemic, MorningStar is carefully following suit with each state’s phasing and pacing where our communities are located.
