MorningStar Senior Living is excited to announce that construction is well underway on the MorningStar of Happy Valley senior living community. Located in the southeastern suburb of Portland, our three-story, 83,000-square-foot community is scheduled to open in late 2019 and will offer luxury assisted living and memory care to area seniors.
Happy Valley joins another MorningStar community, MorningStar of Beaverton, which is scheduled to open any day now. MorningStar also operates senior living communities throughout the Western U.S., and provides us an expertise in all facets of senior living. In addition our communities follow MorningStar’s founding principles of honoring God in all aspects of their business practices and relationships and valuing all seniors as gifted and contributing individuals.
For assisted living, Happy Valley will offer 61 stylish, private suites in a variety of configurations to meet everyone’s needs from spacious studios to one- and two-bedroom floorplans as large as 928 sq. ft. Furthermore as a community that was designed from the ground up as senior housing; we will offer residents an unsurpassed level of wellness, comfort and community.
If your parent or a loved one is suffering from Alzheimer’s or another dementia-related disease, we will have 27 secure suites dedicated to memory care in our Reflections Neighborhood. As experienced, trusted dementia care specialists, the MorningStar team has a deep understanding of the disease and knows how to provide loving care to our most tender residents.
Our community is situated on two acres on the south side of SE Sunnyside Rd., between SE 142nd Ave. and SE 145th Ave. Approximately three miles from Interstate 205 and accessible by public transit, we expect to have an onsite Information Center in place sometime in the first of the year.
